Black Youth Vote! (Ohio coalition on Black Civic Participation)
BYV! is youth led and dedicated to educating young voters in the Black community who are increasingly disenfranchised and alienated from the electoral and legislative process. Through civic education, leadership development and training, BYV! works to educate youth and young adults on how to identify issues and ways to influence public policy.
Elementz
Our Mission is to inspire and engage inner city youth through innovative hip hop arts programs, leadership development and community building. We believe people learn best from their experience. Hip Hop culture is what youth today come up in. We do our best to provide access to the equipment and resources necessary to grow and learn in positive ways. The Hip Hop community in Cincinnati is our biggest and best resource.
Elementz is consistently in need of reliable volunteers for data entry and other administrative tasks. Program and project support will be assessed on an as needed basis, and we look for people who are connected to the communities that we work with and can communicate with youth.
Urban League of Greater Cincinnati
We conduct a comprehensive assortment of youth programs that serve to shepherd youth through the hazards they face every day in their environments. These programs include leadership training, computer skills development, college scholarships, after school programs, educational seminars, community service projects and employment opportunities.

The mission of the 100 Black Men of Greater Cleveland, Inc., is to serve as mentors, deliver and support educational and economic opportunity, advocate for institutional change and improve the health and wellness of African-American Men and Youth in particular and the African-American community in general.

Peace in the Hood
Peace In The Hood is dedicated to Peace, Justice and Empowerment. Peace In The Hood is a youth violence, prevention, intervention and educational program that promotes personal responsibility, empowerment and self-sufficiency. We provide young people with structured activities from a holistic culturally specific perspective. This process will enable young adults to learn and implement the tools necessary to become productive citizens in society.
Vanguards of Cleveland
To prevent fire death and injury in our community through education and intervention programs targeting the youth and elderly. Secondly strive to empower the youth of our community with the knowledge, skills and abilities that they need to become productive members of society through our vocational and mentoring programs. Lastly we work to support the recruitment, retention and promotion of individuals of color and women within the fire service nationwide.

The Elevate project seeks to equip faith-based organizations working with urban youth to recognize the value of economic literary education, effectively teach principles of economic literacy and financial life skills, and to excite kids and teens about entrepreneurship.

Juvenile Justice Coalition
The Juvenile Justice Coalition is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote effective programs, equitable treatment of youth, and public policy that will result in the reduction of juvenile delinquency. The Coalition is committed to providing current research and statistics, training opportunities and a forum to communicate with the government, community organizations and the general public on matters related to juvenile justice.
The Queen Esther Movement & The Queen Esther Movement 2
The Queen Esther Movement websites are the answer for urban junior high, high school and college entry-level females who have a sincere desire to live a Christian lifestyle or are interested in finding out what this lifestyle is all about. Utilizing the book of Esther, the story of a beautiful teenage girl who becomes Queen, but even more importantly uses her God given beauty, favor, & grace to save her people from an untimely death. Our mission is to encourage, edify and educate them to say, “No!”to the entertainment, fashion, marketing and sports industries and say, “Yes!” to God The Father, God, The Son and God, The Holy Spirit!
