Chicago police captain convicted of torturing blacks receives $4,000 monthly pension

Two Bronx boys attacked, called ‘Ebola’ due to health scare

Arrests made after video of teens assaulting mentally ill man goes viral

The arrests came after the teens’ parents went to police complaining about harassing phone calls the teens were getting.
