The identity of a 4 year-old girl abandoned on a stranger’s doorstep has been solved, due in large part to social media. Over 2 million people re-posted photos of the little girl, eventually leading to a tip that identified her as Zoe Brown.

Four Year-Old Rahquel Carr Shot and Killed in Car in Miami

Four year-old Rahquel Carr was shot and killed while sitting in a car outside her grandfather’s home in Miami. Rahquel was sitting in the vehicle with at least two other children. Investigators are currently trying to determine if one of the other children shot her.
